Business Directory System

I’m looking for a company to design a business directory module that will manage advertising listings and handle billing. I was originally looking at wordpress but have decided on Vsolve2u based on flexibly of design. My site would need the following functionality…

1) ability for companies to register and map company to predefined list of categories. Sysyem needs to limit listings to 5 categories
2) allow companies to select priority listing for added fee. Priority listings are limited so system needs to track if priority listing is available
3) listings are good for 1 year so system needs to track listing experation date
4) reports – I would also like the ability to track available advertising inventory and listings soon to expire.

I am currently working on a detailed requirements document that should be completed next week. I would like to start reviewing development companies with experience in the following areas…

Custom Module development
CRM Integration – Site will need to keep Account database sync w/ SugarCRM.
